These terms apply to your use of Roof Repair Helper. By using this website or calling the number on this website, you accept these terms.
Referral service only
Roof Repair Helper is a referral service, not a roofing provider. Callers are connected with independent local providers. We do not guarantee their work or prices. Confirm licensing, insurance, and pricing directly with the provider before work begins.
General information only
Content on this website is general information about roof problems and what to do next. It is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace an inspection by a provider who sees the roof. Only a provider who inspects the roof can say what repair it needs.
Your responsibility
Before any work begins, confirm with the provider the scope of work, the price, and any terms in writing. Confirm licensing and insurance directly with the provider. Stay off a wet, damaged or steep roof, and do not attempt work you cannot do safely.
No guarantees
We make no guarantee about a provider’s work, pricing, availability or outcome, and we do not carry out repairs ourselves. Any agreement for repair work is between you and the provider.
